The establishment of this Mission marks a historic milestone in our nation’s foreign policy. We are deeply proud to serve as the first-ever resident Mission of Fiji in Israel. Our presence here carries immense symbolic and strategic weight; we are honored to be the seventh diplomatic Mission to be established in Jerusalem, and the 100th in the State of Israel.
Choosing Jerusalem as the seat of our Mission is a deliberate and significant step. It reflects the deepening of the longstanding bonds between Fiji and Israel—a partnership built on mutual respect, shared values, and a common vision for a more prosperous and secure future.
