Fiji and Singapore Forge Stronger Strategic Ties Following High-Level Ministerial Dialogue

The Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Trade, Dr. Raijeli Taga, received a courtesy call from the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic and Special Envoy of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, His Excellency Anvar Anarbaev, at the Ministry’s headquarters on Thursday (15.04.2026).
The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to engage in constructive dialogue on matters of mutual interest, including the prospects for deepening bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Discussions covered areas of diplomatic engagement, economic ties, and avenues for enhanced collaboration at the regional and multilateral level.
Dr. Taga warmly welcomed His Excellency Anarbaev and reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to advance strong and enduring partnerships with countries across all regions of the world.
