Prime Minister Hon. Sitiveni Rabuka gave a brief overview of the bilateral meeting he had with the Israel Foreign Affairs Minister Gideon Moshe Sa’ar at the 61st Munich Security Conference in Germany.

During a bilateral meeting at the 61st Munich Conference, Prime Minister Hon. Sitiveni Rabuka reaffirmed Fiji’s commitment to opening an embassy in Israel. In response, Israel’s Foreign Affairs Minister Sa’ar Gideon Moshe expressed interest in supporting the eshtablishment of the Fiji Embassy in Jerusalem. The meeting also included discussions on Israel’s support for Fiji’s efforts in the fight against drugs.
