Ambassador of the Republic of Fiji to the State of Israel:
H.E. Jesoni Vitusagavulu
His Excellency Ambassador Jesoni Vitusagavulu is Fiji’s first resident Ambassador to the State of Israel. Ambassador Vitusagavulu is a seasoned diplomat, having previously served as Fiji’s Ambassador to the United States, with concurrent accreditation to Canada and Mexico, and has held senior executive leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, including as Chief Executive of the Fiji Trade & Investment Bureau, and General Manager Commercial of Air Pacific (now Fiji Airways).
Ambassador Vitusagavulu has also chaired and served on the boards of key national institutions in agriculture, finance, and development. With strong academic foundations in development studies, management, and airline management, including studies in Israel, Ambassador Vitusagavulu brings strategic insight and proven leadership experience that will be instrumental in advancing Fiji’s foreign policy priorities, strengthening bilateral cooperation with Israel, and promoting trade, investment, and sustainable development for our people.
