The Minister for Foreign Affairs and External Trade, Hon. Sakiasi Ditoka, Assistant Minister Hon. Lenora Qereqeretabua, Permanent Secretary Dr Raijeli Taga, together with Ministry staff, today signed the condolence book for the late Ms. Alisi Pulini.
Officials from Government ministries, Members of the Diplomatic Corps and Conservation International Fiji and also joined in paying solemn tribute to Ms. Pulini’s enduring legacy as a champion of environmental diplomacy and her significant contributions to Pacific climate advocacy.
Representatives from Conservation International expressed their appreciation for Ms Pulini’s expertise, noting her pivotal role in strengthening advocacy for the Pacific’s most pressing climate and biodiversity challenges.
Across the Ministry, staff remembered Ms Pulini not only for her professional excellence, but also for her sincerity, warmth, and unwavering commitment to the people and causes she served. They shared reflections on the guidance, mentorship, and compassion she offered throughout her distinguished career.
The signed condolence book will be presented to Ms. Pulini’s family as a testament to the profound respect conveyed by her colleagues, friends, and the wider regional community, that she served so passionately.
