Assistant Minister Receives Courtesy Call from Non – Resident Ambassador, South Africa

The Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs and External Trade, Hon. Lenora Qereqeretabua, received a courtesy call from the Non-Resident Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Fiji, Her Excellency Ms. Jana Tyrer following Ambassador Tyrer’s presentation of credentials to His Excellency the President.
The meeting held earlier this week, acknowledged 30 years of diplomatic relations that have been underpinned by a shared commitment to multilateralism, international law, and the rules-based international order.
Her Excellency Ms. Jana Tyrer conveyed the Czech Republic’s strong regard for its longstanding relationship with Fiji and reaffirmed her country’s commitment to deepening bilateral ties across the Pacific region.
