The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade Team led by the Permanent Secretary Dr. Raijeli Taga, attended the Easter Church Service held at the Centenary Church in Suva on Wednesday, 1 April 2026.
The service was also attended by officials from the Office of the Prime Minister and other government ministries.
The programme included a thanksgiving prayer and benediction, focusing on themes of sacrifice, renewal, and service.
In his remarks, Prime Minister Honourable Sitiveni Rabuka highlighted Easter as a time to strengthen unity, foster peace, and promote national development.
He thanked civil servants for their contributions and encouraged them to continue serving with dedication and professionalism.
The Prime Minister also extended Easter wishes to civil servants and their families in Fiji and abroad.
As the country prepares for the Easter weekend, the Ministry wishes all families a Happy and Blessed Easter.
