17th October 2011, Suva: The Hon. Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama  today congratulated citizens of Turkey on its eighty-eighth anniversary  of the founding of the modern Republic of Turkey on October 29.

Mr. Bainimarama also acknowledged with gratitude the country’s support to Fiji’s development this past year through generous technical assistance in the area of renewable energy generation and reaffirms the Fijian Government’s desire to consolidate the friendly and cooperative relations that now exist between our two countries for greater mutual benefit.
